Love it. Only give 4 stars because the batteries die pretty quickly. A 9 volt would be a good improvement. Also, re-setting the unit is a hassle with the tiny screw to open the battery compartment. I love that there aren’t any wires to deal with.

An AMERICAN company making a quality American product! Impressive! I just returned from my chiropractor who introduced me to the unit today, which I was thoroughly impressed with. One regret, I didn’t buy it before I left the office 🙁 . No doubt I will be doing so on my next visit! I received my WiTouch wireless tens unit in the mail in record time! I just wanted to let you know I LOVE IT!!!! I used a tens unit about 17 years ago before I had lower back surgery to repair two bulging discs in my lower back. I have been great for the last 15 years, but I started experiencing terrible back pain the last two. Unfortunately I have arthritis at the site of the surgery and thought I would just have to live with it..a long life of pain was daunting at best. I saw your product on DIY network and I Want That and said literallyI want that! I was taking tons of pain medication to get through the day, but not now! I love the wireless tens unit. It helps my chronic pain associated with severe scoliosis, spinal fusion, adjacent segment degeneration, degenerative disc disease, and sciatic pain. I highly recommend this product as an easy to use and effective source to combat pain.

I strained my lower back doing a crossfit workout. This strain made sitting and bending almost unbearable. Using the WiTouch, heating, and stretching I was able to go from not being able to bend over with my back in spasms to carefully completing a crossfit workout. This product worked better than I could have imagined! I tried the Icy Hot Tens device as well and it was laughably weak. If you are struggling with back pain I highly recommend adding this device to your therapy.

This is a fantastic product. I have used various units at chiropractor prior or after adjustments. They typically are hardwired into a machine or electrical outlet and I would receive 10 minutes of treatment. The amazing thing is, as a large man I might add, this small device has incredible power and endurance with various wave forms. I believe this is the future generation of pain relief and wearables. Getting started is a breeze, and the interface is clear on the app, this probably the best buy I made in years.

I have scoliosis and had rods implanted in 1989. At some point a rod broke loose and after many years, the break was finally found and the rods were removed. Donor bone was added to fill in the vertebrae that had been worn away by the rod rubbing against it for so long. Ive spent many years on pain meds and was told that my pain would never go away, just managed. Thankfully I was introduced to the WiTouch. Ive been using it now for 5 months and it has given me so much relief from the daily aches and pain that come with scoliosis. It is discreet and I can wear it under business and everyday clothes. Being able to control it from my phone makes it convienent to use while Im in the office, in meetings or on the go. My daughter has scoliosis as well and she tried it out while home on break, she loved it and took it back to college with her so I bought myself another! I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from scoliosis pain!

I was just gifted this and felt pain relief right away. Threw out my back several years ago and have had lower back pain most days since. It was easy to setup and use. I really bumped up the intensity and could feel pressure on the spot that always hurts. After about 5 minutes I started to feel some relief, then as the program kept going there was more and more relief. Woke up the next morning without my usual stiff/sore lower back! It’s the following day and my back still feels pretty great! I still decided to use it today and it felt nice again. I’ll be keeping it in my bag at work in case I hurt my back lifting something. You can’t notice it under a loose shirt and it doesn’t make any sound.

I do a lot of standing at conferences and with my history of lower back injections for chronic disc pain, it can be a struggle. I purchased the WiTouch on the 2nd day of a 3 day conference and used it for a 30 minute session. All I can say is that the WiTouch will be packed in the suitcase for all of my future conferences. to put it simply this product is AWESOME. its flawless. it runs on 2 AAA batteries and is not bulky at all. the app controls EVERYTHING and its a snap to set up. the pads stick GREAT and the package comes with 3 sets of pads. if you have ever owned a tens device but hated reaching around to control it or annoying wires, this is the item for you.

This has allowed me to postpone back surgery for a few months. I use it once a day in the morning before I go to work. It means the difference from walking barely to walking upright with much less pain. The gel pads keep a long time. I have used other tens units with wires and this is by far worth every penny for the relief from pain. Sometimes I have to reboot my phone to pair it with the unit – not sure why. Best thing I’ve bought this year of any kind!

I used the WiTouch with remote for a few years prior to this model. I like the fact that you dont have to keep track of a separate remote with this one. The phone app shows your overall treatment history and lets you pick between a few different treatment patterns. This item is a must for my pinched nerve relief. I prefer it much more than the Aleve and other store models. A+

So I was skeptical at first because the price was so good. I have been using this thing for a few days now and a few times a day and the battery is still fully charged. I was pretty shocked by that. lol. Its very small controller is very easy to use although I don’t change the different settings too much. I just turn it on and crank it up to about 3 or 4. I hoping the pads last a long time. I have used them in several different places a few times each day and they seem to still stick well. So far this thing has really impressed me and I am glad that I finally decided to get it. Couldn’t be happier.

Really, I would like to give it 3.5 stars. This is wearable TENS that you can control with a cellphone app. It is more versatile than the key fob basic model, in that, you can run on of 4 different programs. I use mine a lot and found that it is more cost effective to rechargeable batteries with it. The pads can be pricey and you save buy buying in bulk. The WiTouch pads are cheaper and seem to last longer than those sold by Aleve. They do not hold up well if you sweat. The app can be buggy about connecting. I had a problem with mine and contacted the maker Hollywog. They responded quickly and worked to solve my problem. It will be interesting to see how they work to improve their product.

I am very happy with this unit, I have been having a lot of back pain since we have been in lockdown my activity has dropped immensely however with this device it comes with a small remote unit and I am having difficulty getting it to work. Does it need it’s own battery if so how do you get it open their is no instructions specific to this remote. Cheers Kevin

It sounds like you may have our 1st Generation WiTouch, which is controlled via a remote. The remote requires a CR2032 battery to operate (C-cell watch battery).
You can insert the edge of quarter into the bottom right portion of remote, and twist to pop it open for battery access.
The WiTouch Pro is operated via bluetooth with a smartphone, and does not come with a remote. Please let us know if this answers your question.

I have owned your Hollywog Witouch for many years now and I can not thank you enough for your brilliant idea in a wireless, comfortably wearable tens. I have multiple herniations in my back and this product of yours is truly a God send. Great unit. It’s sturdy and comfortable, and pairs easily with my phone. Easy to use and to control the intensity. I’ve thrown away my former tens unit, which was more expensive and had more settings, but was unwieldy, and nearly impossible to set up on one’s own back. This product is much much easier to use, and works great. The packaging design is pretty slick too, for easy storage.
